The SPINchiller³ SUP (SUPERIOR) liquid chillers are the most efficient Clivet multi-scroll units ever. THE HIGHEST SEASONAL EFFICIENCY – Developed by the pioneer of multi-scroll technology, SPINchiller³ SUP chillers are distinguished by their excellent ESEER seasonal efficiency up to a value of 5 and beyond. Meanwhile, their full-load effciency exceeds the Eurovent Class A threshold. These units enhance the use of all technological solutions developed by Clivet over the years: multi-scroll technology with multiple compressors for the refrigeration circuit, electronic expansion valves, plate evaporators with high-efficiency heat exchange, and advanced auto-adaptive integrated automatic regulation.

PLANT INDUSTRIALISATION – The units are quick and easy to install, thanks to quick connections to the usage circuit, their con¬figuration for electrical connections and full functional testing prior to their shipment. They can be supplied with pumping units already installed, even inverterdriven, thus all the plant’s main components can be integrated into a single solution. Air-conditioning systems in trade centers influence both the starting investment and monthly management costs, for the whole of their working lives. This theme is even more relevant in residential applications with centralized systems. Furthermore, maximum working flexibility requirements should be added to that, in serving different users while avoiding wasting energy and thus, money. Finally, there are several industrial applications which require hot or chilled water as service fluid, process fluid or vector fluid for operator comfort and for conserving goods and enabling cycles to function correctly. Furthermore, in all these cases, the working reliability of the system is decisive.


Despite their apparently low costs, split, multi-split and VRF direct expansion systems have a lot of limits in these applications. For example, they require a separate system for primary air treatment. The pipes that contain the refrigerant cross the served rooms and therefore they are subject to restrictions and use limitations. They cannot operate in the FREE-COOLING mode, the high efficiency and convenient mode that allow energy savings. The hydronic systems are certainly completer and more versatile. They make it possible to adopt various types of terminals in the served environment, from fan coil units exposed or integrated in the furnishings, up to radiant or induction systems. They are also irreplaceable in the service and process industrial applications. The main component performances, like air-cooled liquid chillers and hydronic heat pumps, are checked and certifi­cated by appropriate certi­fication programs, as Eurovent.
