Features

The unit casing is constructed of a heavy gauge galvanized steel plate.

Compressor

All units are equipped with a direct-drive, hermetic, Inverter scroll type compressor, and its built-in motor is cooled with suction gas.

Heat-exchanger coils

Inner-threaded copper tubes mechanically bonded to a configured hydrophilic aluminium fin are standard for the outdoor heat exchanger.

Three-phase protector

The units that are equipped with a three-phase power supply have the option of a phase sequence protector.

The CDC Outdoor units that are available with a Scroll inverter have both sides of the casing waterproof and with an anti-corrosion coating. The unit panel structure is allowed to maintain on one side of the unit. Service panels are removed easily and reinstalled by removing bolts. The inside of indoor unit panels is covered with 10mm insulation to prevent heat and noise from coming out. Units are designed to be moved using forklift.

All these features make the CDC outdoor units highly efficient and reliable cooling systems for your commercial building, warehouse or industrial facility.

The compressors are mounted on springs within a steel housing to reduce noise. An electric heater around the compressor crankcase to ensure stability starts.

The voltage utilization range is ±10% of unit nameplate voltage.

The indoor unit is a standardly equipped with copper tubes. All of the coils are leak tested at 4.4MPa at the factory to ensure pressure integrity. All of the indoor units are standardly configured with a condensate drain pan.

Voltage regulators ensure that your motor or compressor is protected from electrical problems caused by phase lack, phase imbalance and phase reversal. If the voltage is above or below normal, the device will activate and prevent the unit from suffering voltage fluctuations.
